Sourdough discard crackers

These are one of my favorite snacks to have available and love that you can adjust the type of cheese and seasoning
Ingredients
2.5 Tbsp melted butter
250 grams sourdough discard (room temp)
1-cup shredded cheese
Seasoning to taste
Tip: You can adjust your measurements to make more or less (1 Tbsp butter for every 100 grams of starter)
Directions
Melt butter
Combine butter and discard
Add in cheese and seasoning
Preheat oven to 350°
Spread on parchment lined baking sheet
Bake at 350° for 10-minutes
Remove and score
Reduce temperature to 325° and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or crispy
Remove and reinforce score
Allow to cool and enjoy
Can be stored in a glass mason jar if there are any left!
