Sourdough discard crackers

These are one of my favorite snacks to have available and love that you can adjust the type of cheese and seasoning


Ingredients

  • 2.5 Tbsp melted butter

  • 250 grams sourdough discard (room temp)

  • 1-cup shredded cheese

  • Seasoning to taste


Tip: You can adjust your measurements to make more or less (1 Tbsp butter for every 100 grams of starter)


Directions

  • Melt butter

  • Combine butter and discard

  • Add in cheese and seasoning

  • Preheat oven to 350°

  • Spread on parchment lined baking sheet

  • Bake at 350° for 10-minutes

  • Remove and score

  • Reduce temperature to 325° and bake for an additional 25-30 minutes or crispy

  • Remove and reinforce score

  • Allow to cool and enjoy


Can be stored in a glass mason jar if there are any left!
